30 seconds for neck & back.
15 seconds for each arm.
30 seconds for each leg.

My Elder Boy & I were shocked.
Watching the Japanese Disaster.

Later that night, we had a chat.

EB : Dad, it could be the time..
to buy some Japanese Yen.


I : Why?

EB : Remember what'd happened..
in NZ recently?

I : Oh, yes, NZ had an earthquake.

EB : You told me NZ$ dropped...
very shortly after the earthquake.
But it soon rose back.

I : So, you think this could happen..
to Yen this time?

EB : Yes.

I : How much should I buy?

EB : Well, it's up to you.

I : But, it's your idea to buy.

EB : But you said there's always..
risks in any investment.

I : Alright. I'll take the risk.
I'll make a small buy.
What if Yen rises later.
Should I share profit with you?

EB : Yes, of course!

I : But it's me making the Decision.
It's my money buying the Yen.
Why should I share profit with you?

EB : But, you just said it,
It's my IDEA to buy.

I : O.K.
If there's a profit, it's split 50/50.
I'll donate my profit to a charity..
for Japanese Disaster Victims.

I had a chat with my Elder Boy.

I : I've a good news & a big news for you.

EB : I've an idea.
What about NOT telling me which is which?

I : What do you mean?

EB : What about just tell me the news.

Its' about your piano theory test.
The test is about 2 hours.
And after this one at Grade 5,
The next & last one is at Grade 8.

EB : Both are NOT bad news.

I : Why?

YB : Germany!

YB : Because they're Serious.
Just look at their car : VW, BMW...

I : And you?

EB : Argentina!

I : Why?

EB : Well... it's obvious....
I like Argentina Football Team!

YB : I change my mind.

I : O.K.

YB : I'll fight for Italy.

I : Why?

YB : I like Italy Football Team!

I : So, you two fight for a country because..
You like its football team?

Both : Yes!

YB : Mm...I change my mind.

I : Again?

YB : I'll fight for China now.

I : Why?

YB : Because it's the largest no. of soldiers.

I : And?

YB : And this means you've the least chance..

Both : Dad, which country will you fight for?

I : I don't like wars, so I won't fight.

'People'.

I : List?

YB : Yup, my 'Grammar School Threatening List'

I : What do you mean?

YB : This boy's very smart, so he's on my List.
He may get into the Grammar School instead of me.

I : Is that why you call your List 'Threatening'?
Thinking someone may Threatening your chance?

YB : Yes.

I : Noone is to Threatening your chance, my boy.
Let me re-phrase it again.
The only person that would reduce your chance is....

YB : Is?

I : Yourself.
Because if you learn hard, plan hard & work hard,
You WILL get into the Grammar School.

I : May be you should re-name your List?

YB : Really?

I : Yes, I think it may be better called as,
'Grammar School Friend List'.
So that you can put someone that's good....
On the List and be your Friend,
Learning together & to Grammar School together.
