In our breakfast time, Elder Boy asked first.

EB : Dad, I've a question for you.

I : O.K.

EB : Which animal is NOT Racist?

I :Hm......Dinosaur?

EB : Why?

I : Because it ate ALL races.

EB : But human wasn't around then.

I : That's true.
So, what's the answer?

EB : Panda.

I : A Pan...da? Why?

EB : Because it's Black, it's White.
And it's Asian.

While having a tea after school at home,
Elder Boy started a chat.

EB : Yes. Remember, we'd to build a model,
Explaining the cause & effects of volcanoes?

I : Yes, you told me that.

EB : I saw a very good model today.
He got all these lights on the mountain ,
Showing the effects.

I : Was he the only one had such an idea?

EB : Yes.

I : You haven't thought about that either?

EB : No.

Grow Up

While giving me a massage before dinner,
Younger Boy told me what he did at school.

YB : Dad, do you know what we did today?

I : Must be something interesting.

YB : Yes, we're given 3 questions.
1st, What would you achieve when you grow up?

I : And your answer?

YB : Being a doctor & grade 8 in piano.

I : 2nd question?

YB : What would you worry when you grow up?
I put down, 'My dad & mum,
'worrying picking up bad habits.'

I : You worry that mum & I would pick up...
Bad Habits?

YB : No. No. I worry you two may NOT...
Have a good house, have good food...
I worry I may pick up bad habits.
Well, I suppose as long as I don't start one...
I'll be OK.

I : And the 3rd question?

YB : What would you miss when you grow up?

I : That has to be ME!

YB : Haha! I'll miss my brother & my toys...
And every house that I've lived in!

Time

After hearing the news of discovering...
A matter travelling faster than light,
I had a chat with my Elder Boy.

I : Would you like to be a Time Traveller?

EB : No.

I :Why not?

EB : What if they get things Wrong?

I : Such as?

EB : Say if the date should be set at BC,
But set at AD by Mistake.

I : I see your point.
But does the idea of travelling into Future...
Knowing what're to happen NOT excite you?

EB : No.
Because If everyone knows what're to happen..
In Future, there'll be a lot of problems.

I : NOT everyone, I meant ONLY you.
Do you not want to know what're to happen..
To yourself in the Future?

EB : No. Because if one knows it,
It may not happen.
Also...

I : Also?

EB : Also, I like Surprises.

I : Well, it could be Nasty Surprise.

EB : Yes, but it could also be Nice Surprise!

YB : This always works - others always give...

While in HK, while on a bus,
I asked my Younger Boy a question.

I : Who do you think is smarter,
Mum or Dad?

YB : Well, it depends.....

I : Depends on?

YB : If it's PE, you're better because you're a police.

I : O.K.

YB : If it's Science, Mum's better because she's a nurse.

I : Yes.

YB : If it's driving, you're better because she doesn't drive.

I : Alright.

YB: If it's cooking, Mum's better because she cooks healthy.

I : O.K.

YB : Mum's more friendly...

I : So, can you finally tell me,
Which one do you think is smarter?

YB : Well, after looking at many factors,
I'd say...it's...... it's....Drum Roll, Please.....

I : Oh, come on!

YB : It's a ...It's a......a DRAW!!

I asked boys a question during breakfast.

I : How should a father treat his child?

YB : Two Fs.

I : Two Fs?

YB : Yes, a father has to be Firm & Fair.

I : Fair enough, what about you?

EB : Just to give his child lots of Love.

I : Anything else?

Both : It'd be good  if a child is given more....

I : More?

Both : More computer game time.

I : More, I think, Tough Love.
