New Policy

My Wife has enough of boys.

Boys speaking too much in English,
During meal times, sometimes getting choked,
And food getting cold.

So, she came up with a New Policy.
(The Mother Strikes Back!)

Speaking Cantonese ONLY in meal times.

Boys : It's so Unfair.

Wife : Very Fair.

I : So Unfair?
You two meant to us, the parents?
We help you to be Fluent at a 2nd language.
So Unfair to yourself - you're already quite good.
But just need more....
What have I said about "Practise"

Boys : Practise make things Perfect.

I : Well, not necessarily "Perfect".
But definitely "Better"

Boys : What if we forget the new rule?

Wife : One warning.
If repeated, you have to sit at another table...
On your own.

Their Oral Cantonese has since improved.
Though every now and then, they....
Have to sit on their own!
